Q: Do you support Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available pan-India.
Q: Why do you charge a COD fee sometimes?
COD orders have additional courier handling costs — prepaid orders always get priority processing.
Q: My payment failed, but money got deducted. What now?
Don’t panic — banks usually auto-reverse it within 2–5 days.
If stuck, contact us with screenshot.
Sizing & Quality
Q: What fabric do you use?
We use premium 100% cotton, heavyweight material for long-lasting prints & comfort.
Q: Are sizes accurate?
Yes — but we still recommend checking our size chart before ordering.
Q: Will the print fade?
Nope — our prints are durable & crack-resistant. Just follow wash care:
Wash inside out
Cold water
No harsh chemicals
No ironing directly on print
Simple.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What if I got a damaged or wrong product?
We fix it.
Send us pictures within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it FREE.
Q: Can I exchange size?
Yes — size exchanges are allowed.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Q: Do you accept returns just because I changed my mind?
Sorry, no — every piece is printed specially for you.
Wrong size? Exchange available. Wrong vibe? Make better choices next time 😌
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
The product sent is damaged/defective
Wrong item was delivered
Replacement is not possible
For COD orders, refunds are provided via UPI/Bank transfer.

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders usually deliver within 5–10 working days depending on your location.
(Production + shipping time — we make every piece fresh for you.)
Q: How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/text.

Q: Do you offer fast shipping?
Not at the moment — quality takes time, and we print on-demand to avoid waste.
Order Cancellation
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 6 hours of placing the order.
After printing starts, cancellations aren’t possible.

Q: Do you restock designs?
Some yes, some no — rare drops stay rare
Q: Do you take custom designs?
Not right now — but soon 😉
Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes couriers mark delivered early.
Wait 24 hours & check with neighbors/security.
