Order Processing

All Characterfit products are made-to-order to ensure fresh prints and top-tier quality.
Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods or special drops, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we power up your order.

Shipping Timeline

After production, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-metro areas: 4–8 business days

  • Remote / North-East / J&K: 6–12 business days

These are estimates — real-world delivery times depend on courier performance and location.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order journey.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders.
In rare cases, courier availability may restrict COD to certain pin codes.

Refunds for COD orders (if applicable) are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

RTO & Future Orders

If a customer’s previous order is returned to us (RTO) due to customer-side reasons, such as refusal to accept the order, unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to receive the shipment, any future orders will only be processed as full prepaid.

For prepaid orders, we will attempt to ship to the customer a maximum of two times. If both shipments are returned to us due to customer-side reasons, we reserve the right to decline any future orders from that customer.

Exceptions may be made in rare cases after successful order verification. Characterfit reserves the right to approve, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a package is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Customer rejection / repeated delivery attempt failures

the order will be marked RTO (Return To Origin) and reshipping charges may apply.

Delays

Weather disruptions, festive surges, transit strikes or courier delays may affect timelines.
