Welcome to Characterfit. We want you to love your purchase and feel like the main character every time you wear it. However, since all products are made-to-order just for you, our return rules are slightly different.

Eligibility for Exchange

When We Can Help
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly make it right. To request an exchange, email us within 5 days of delivery with: Order number, Photos clearly showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a free exchange or provide store credit where applicable. We want you to be excited when your package lands — if we mess up, we fix it.
Size & Fit Exchanges
We do offer size exchanges if the wrong size was ordered, as long as the item is unused and requested within 5 days. (Customer is responsible for the return courier cost and re-shipping fee).
Non-Returnable Items

When Returns Aren’t Accepted

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color or printing variation due to digital screens and fabric texture

  • Used, washed, or worn items

All products are made especially for your order — there’s no warehouse waiting to accept returns.

Refund Timeline & Order Cancellation

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved instead of replacement, it will be processed to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after approval.

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, before the printing process begins.
After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
