All Characterfit products are made-to-order to ensure fresh prints and top-tier quality.
Once your order is placed, production typically takes 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods or special drops, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we power up your order.
Shipping Timeline
After production, delivery usually takes:
Metro cities: 3–6 business days
Non-metro areas: 4–8 business days
Remote / North-East / J&K: 6–12 business days
These are estimates — real-world delivery times depend on courier performance and location.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order journey.
Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders.
In rare cases, courier availability may restrict COD to certain pin codes.
Refunds for COD orders (if applicable) are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a package is undelivered due to:
Incorrect address
Unreachable contact number
Customer rejection / repeated delivery attempt failures
the order will be marked RTO (Return To Origin) and reshipping charges may apply.
Delays
Weather disruptions, festive surges, transit strikes or courier delays may affect timelines.
